Custom designed and built for use in harsh offshore conditions. This unit utilizes a 3⁄8 inch I.D., 75 ft. hose. With this hose, 110 psi inlet pressure delivers 6,300 psi at the giant button head coupler. At plus 74ºF, this unit will deliver over 10,000 psi with a 10 ft. hose at 110 to 125 inlet pressure.

11600 Skid Mounted Lubrication Assembly for
Lubricating Pumps and Ball, Gate and Plug Valves

The DUALCO 11600 is needed for high-pressure and volume distribution applications when 120 lb. drums are used. This Assembly is necessary and ideal for remote locations where no other power source such as air, gas, or electric is available. Performing well in hot or cold weather, this Assembly is rugged, long lasting, precision-manufactured, and will pump various types of light or heavy lubricants, sealants, packing, or cleaners that are up to NLGI-4.
The longer lasting diesel engine included in this Assembly builds pressure rapidly, and 10 H.P. affords extra power, when needed, to pump heavy or special materials efficiently. By having a Stainless Steel Hose Reel, more corrosion protection and longer life is possible than conventional hose reels. The 11600 is easily vehicle-transported from site to site and either loaded onto the vehicle from the top of the Assembly via the four lifting eyes or from the bottom via the forklift slots.

The DUALCO Model 11650, high-pressure, high-volume, skid-mounted, fully-transportable lubrication assembly, is ideal for gathering, transmission, distribution and plant applications. It is equipped to operate with multiple 55- gallon (400 to 440 pound) drums and includes an additional 5-gallon (40 pound) lubrication unit. This smaller unit is designed to pump cleaners and lubricants at pressures up to 10,000 psi. This self-contained lubrication assembly is designed for remote locations where power sources, such as electricity, air, or gas, are not available. The 11650 performs well in hot or cold environments and is a precision-manufactured, rugged, long lasting assembly. It is designed to pump various types of heavy or light lubricants, sealants, packing or cleaners up to NLGI-4.
The Diesel Generator/Air Compressor which powers this assembly builds pressure rapidly, affording extra electrical and pneumatic power when needed. This quick response increases the assembly’s ability to pump heavy or special materials efficiently. By utilizing Stainless Steel Hose Reels instead of conventional ones, increased corrosion protection and longer life is assured. The 11650 is easily vehicle-transported from job site to job site and is loaded from top lift points of the assembly, or from the assembly bottom, via forklift.
