DUALCO Modular Air/Hydraulic Injection Guns are available in many configurations. These adaptable tools are rugged, easy to operate and provide an extremely fast discharge rates. All models models are rated to 10,000 psi. Two capacities are available: 9.5oz (one “J” stick) and 20oz (two “J” sticks).
Versatility
These versatile units are recommended for services in the Oil, Gas and Heavy Industries where these units are needed to pump Specialty materials, such as highly viscous lubricants, sealants, packings, and cleaners. Standard Models
The DUALCO 11130 has a capacity of 9.5 oz or one “J” size stick. This is our most basic configuration and is ready for your own lubricant hose.
The DUALCO 11140 has a capacity of 9.5 oz or one “J” size stick. This configuration includes a lubricant delivery hose with integral pressure gauge and GBH coupler.
The DUALCO 11135 has a capacity of 20 oz or two “J” size sticks. This is our most basic high capacity configuration and is ready for your own lubricant hose.
The DUALCO 11135 GT has a capacity of 20 oz or two “J” size sticks. This configuration includes a hydraulic pressure gauge and is ready for your own lubricant hose.
The DUALCO 11145 has a capacity of 20 oz or two “J” size sticks. This configuration includes a lubricant delivery hose with integral Pressure Gauge and GBH coupler.
The DUALCO 11135 GTFR is an advanced hydraulic fluid return model with a capacity of 20 oz or two “J” size sticks. This configuration includes a lubricant delivery hose with integral Pressure Gauge and GBH coupler.
The DUALCO 11140 GTFR is an advanced hydraulic fluid return model with a capacity of 9.5 oz or one “J” size stick. This configuration includes a hydraulic pressure gauge and a basic lubricant hose.
